Suvarna Technosoft buys MedPrecinct Solutions

Suvarna Technosoft, a Hospital Information Management System (HIMS), Suvarna`s Laboratory Information Management System (SLIMS) and Inventory Management solutions firm, has acquired an another Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) Solutions firm, based out of Mumbai, MedPrecinct Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

“Through this acquisition, we get access to over 200 Diagnostic Chains. ” T Suresh, MD, Suvarna Technosoft, told BusinessLine.

The 16-year-old firm, which is having over 300 clients, along with the new firm Suvarna was able to serve 500+ Healthcare organizations. With over 200 employees, Suvarna Technosoft offers solutions and services catering to different aspects of Hospital Administration and Health care Organizations needs..

“We are planning to expand our SaaS (software-as-a-service) platform to about 1,000 small- and medium-sized laboratories in the country, besides tapping the Caribbean, the Gulf, Africa, and South-East Asian markets,” he said.
